Abstract:
To provide a photosensitive coloring composition used for a solid-state image sensor color filter that exhibits good heat resistance and little foreign matter and is suitable for photolithographically forming CF pixels, and to provide a color filter and solid-state image sensor using the same.SOLUTION: A photosensitive coloring composition for a solid-state image sensor color filter is provided, comprising a colorant (A), binder resin (B), photopolymerization initiator (C), and photopolymerizable compound (D), the colorant (A) containing any one or more of: one or more organic pigment (A1) selected from a group consisting of pigments represented by general formulas (1)-(3); an organic pigment (A2) other than the organic pigment (A1); and a dye (A1). Content of the organic pigment (A1) is 20-95 mass% per 100 mass% of the colorant (A).SELECTED DRAWING: None
