To provide a photosensitive composition for forming partition walls of an optical element, which enables formation of a black matrix having both of high light shielding property and low dielectric property, a black matrix obtained from the same and having both of high light shielding property and low dielectric property, a method for producing the black matrix, and a method for producing a color filter on array having the black matrix.
The photosensitive composition for forming partition walls of an optical element includes: a photosetting alkali-soluble resin (A) having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond; a photopolymerization initiator (B); a black pigment (C); and hollow fine particles (D) having an average primary particle diameter of 20-100 nm, wherein a content of the hollow fine particles (D) is 5-30 mass% relative to the total solid content of the composition.
