Abstract:
To provide a photosensitive composition which is excellent in storage stability, enables formation of a pattern which has little development residues and has excellent shape and resistance, and has less foreign substances.SOLUTION: A photosensitive composition is provided, including a pigment (A), a dispersion resin (B), a photopolymerizable compound (C), a photopolymerization initiator (D), and a binder resin (E). The photopolymerization initiator (D) includes a compound (D1) represented by the following formula, and a photopolymerization initiator (D2) other than the compound (D1) and represented by the following formula, and does not substantially include an oxime compound. In the formula, R1 and R2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, or an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms. R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a monovalent substituent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
