Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide photosensitive colored paste capable of forming an electrode pattern high in precision.
SOLUTION: This photosensitive conductive paste contains at least a polymer (a), a monomer (b), and a photopolymerization initiator (c), a conductive powder (d), a glass frit (e), and a solvent in an amount of (a)+(b)+(c) of 9-30 weight %, in an amount of (d) of 60-90 weight % and in an amount of (e) of 1-10 weight %, each being based on the total solid, and the above polymer has alcoholic hydroxyl groups and carboxylic groups.
