To provide a photosensitive film that is highly sensitive and excellent in plating property, flexibility, heat resistance and tackiness without luster of a cured film (matte state).

A photosensitive film is obtained by laminating a layer of a photosensitive resin composition developable with an alkali aqueous solution on a supporter (H) having a haze value of 10 to 80%. The alkali aqueous solution includes (A) a polymerizable prepolymer having a carboxyl group and an ethylenically unsaturated group, (B) a binder polymer having a carboxyl group, (C) a black pigment, (D) an urethane-unsaturated oligomer, (E) a photopolymerizable compound, (F) a photopolymerization initiator generating a free radical by active light and (G) a heat-curing agent initiating polymerization by heat.
