PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive green composition for color filter for solid-state imaging device which has no pattern chipping derived from peeling development of a formed pixel, can keep a vertical cross sectional shape, and has excellent adhesion and less residue, and to provide a color filter for solid-state imaging device and a solid imaging device using the same.SOLUTION: A photosensitive green composition for color filter for solid-state imaging device contains a coloring agent (A), a binder resin (B), a photopolymerization initiator (C), a photopolymerizable monomer (D), an ultraviolet absorber (E) and monofunctional thiol (F), where the coloring agent (A) contains C.I pigment green 36 and/or C.I. pigment green 58.SELECTED DRAWING: None
