Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the titled body having a less tendency for generating a sticking of a dust, etc., by forming a transparent electroconductive layer having specific surface resisting value on a substrate film, and by laminating a photosensitive layer on the obtd. electroconductive layer.

CONSTITUTION: The transparent conductive layer is formed on the substrate film by depositing the conductive substance, sputtering, plating, electropolymerizing, or coating. As the conductive substrate, a metal such as gold, silver and copper, etc., and a metallic compd. suchas stannic oxide, stannic chloride, indium trioxide and indium chloride, etc., are used. As the conductive polymer, polythiophene, polypyrrole and polyacetylene, etc., are used. The transparent conductive layer has 109W1010Ω/mm2 surface resistivity. The titled body is obtd. by laminating the photosensitive layer on the transparent conductive layer. Thus, as the substrate film having the transparent conductive layer is used for the titled body, the badness of laminating due to the sticking of the dust, etc., can be reduced.
