PURPOSE: To execute a stable development, and also, to reduce the consumption of a developer by changing a developing condition by depending on a temperature of a photosensitive material in a developing area for developing the photosensitive material by supplying the developer by a necessary quantity to the exposing surface of the photosensitive material.
CONSTITUTION: A developer 30 supplied by a spray 26 onto a photosensitive material 10 is removed by leaving only a prescribed quantity by developer weighing means 22, 24, and by the developer 30 which has been left, a development processing is executed. This development processing depends on a temperature of the photosensitive material 10 and executed by changing the developing conditions, for instance, a rotating speed of a carrying roller and a temperature of the developer 30. Also, as for the developer 30 after the development in this developing area 16, its development fatigue and the fatigue degree caused by a contact with air are high, therefore, said developer is non-returnable. In such a way, the developer being free from fatigue is always supplied, therefore, a stable development is executed.
