A developing tank 70 is partitioned by a partition wall 93 from a bleach-fixing tank 71. The partition wall 93 is formed to a position higher than the liquid surface of each of the developing tank 70A and of the bleach-fixing tank 71A so as to separate a developing liquid in the developing tank 70A from a bleach-fixing liquid in the bleach-fixing tank 71A. A side wall 98A disposed in the developing tank 70 is separated at a specified distance from a side wall 98B disposed in the bleach-fixing tank 71. Total four cleaning nozzles 100 are disposed on the upper end of the partition wall 93 in the separated part, that is, the both ends in the width direction W of the upper end of the partition wall 93.
