To provide a photosensitive material processing apparatus which does not require such uncomfortable work as to directly take out photographing paper in a processing liquid even in case of a fall of the photographing paper into the liquid due to clogging of the photographing paper in a conveyance rack and in which easy removal of impurities from the processing liquid is possible.

The photosensitive material processing apparatus is equipped with a processing tub 20 filled with the processing liquid and the conveyance rack 40 for conveying the photosensitive materials removably loaded into the processing tub 20, in which a filter member 50 having approximately the same area as the horizontal sectional area of the processing tub 20 and the specific gravity smaller than that of the processing liquid is disposed between the bottom of the processing tub 20 and the conveyance rack 40.
