PURPOSE: To provide the processing device for a photosensitive material having a processing liquid regenerating device capable of efficiently regenerating the processing liquid.

CONSTITUTION: The processing liquid regenerating device is constituted by installing electrodes 12, 14, 16 in respective chambers of three storage chambers 6, 8, 10 successively provided by partitioning the device with two diaphragms 2, 4, connecting the electrode group in order of the first electrode 12, the second electrode 14 and the third electrode 16 and having power sources 18, 20 for impressing voltages by setting the potentials of the electrode group in this order. The photographic processing liquid is packed into the first chamber 6 and the third chamber 10 and an electrolyte soln. is packed in the second chamber 8. The processing liquid is regenerated by energizing these liquids. As a result, the processing liquid regenerating device is constituted to a small size and low cost while the regeneration of the processing liquid at two points is possible.
