PURPOSE: To facilitate maintenance inspection in a development processing part by making liquid tanks which contain plural processing liquids independent of one another and enabling them to be attached to and detached from a photo sensitive material conveyance part.

CONSTITUTION: The development processing part consists of the respective processing tanks and a pump and developing tanks 41 and 42 consist of a tank 401 which contains a liquid developer CD, an external unit 410 which is freely attached to and detached from the tank 401, and internal units 411 and 421 which are stored inside the external unit. Rollers R1WR10 mounted on the unit 410 and rollers r1Wr10 mounted on the internal unit are driven externally to develop a photosensitive material. Therefore, the respective processing tanks can be attached and detached independently of one another, so operations such as internal cleaning, removal of a jam, and maintenance inspection of a conveyance part are easily carried out.
