Abstract:
To provide a photosensitive oligomer having excellent developability and heat resistance, a method for producing the same, and a photosensitive coloring composition for color filters and a color filter.SOLUTION: A photosensitive oligomer is a reactant between a compound (C) having a carboxyl group and an ethylenically unsaturated bond group and acetic anhydride (D), wherein, the compound (C) is an adduct between a thiol group of a compound (A) represented by general formula (1), and an ethylenically unsaturated bond group of a compound (B), which has two or more ethylenically unsaturated bond groups. There is also provided a photosensitive coloring composition for color filters containing the photosensitive oligomer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
