Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive paste, capable of performing the pattern processing at a high aspect ratio with a high accuracy, improving the fineness and simplifying processes and useful for displays, etc., by carrying out the control over the refractive index of an organic component and an inorganic component.
SOLUTION: This photosensitive paste consists essentially of (A) inorganic fine particles and (B) a photosensitive organic component and has the average refractive index N1 of the component A and the average refractive index N2 of the component B satisfying formula I, preferably formula II. The paste comprises 50-95 pts.wt. of the component A and 5-50 pts.wt. of the component B. The component A has the refractive index within the range of 1.55-1.65 and contains ≥60wt.% glass fine particles. Furthermore, the glass particles having 400-600°C thermal softening temperature and 50 to 90×10-7 linear thermal expansion coefficient and ≥80% number of particles sphericity are used as the glass particles. Concretely, glass fine particles preferably contain 3-60wt.% of silicon oxide, 5-50wt.% of boron oxide, 1-30wt.% of barium oxide and 1-30wt.% of aluminum oxide and 10-90wt.% of an oligomer or a polymer having unsaturated double bonds in the molecule and 500-100000 weight-average molecular weight is preferably contained in the component B.
