To provide a photosensitive resin composition which ensures moderate melt flow so that members, such as ribs, spacers and an overcoat adjacent to a liquid crystal located between electrodes in a color liquid crystal display, can be formed into desirable shapes, and which solves the problems, such as uneven displays and ghost images caused by image persistence, without adversely affecting the electrical properties, such as voltage retention of the liquid crystal.
The photosensitive resin composition constitutes members located between electrodes, in a color liquid crystal display comprises (A) a resin, having carboxyl groups and/or hydroxyl groups, represented by formulae (1) and (B) a photopolymerization initiator and/or a photoacid generator.
