Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to provide a photosensitive resin composition, cured materials thereof, and display devices with them, wherein the photosensitive resin can suppress the occurrence of coating unevenness and striation for any coating process and can form a uniform thin film. The photosensitive resin composition of the present invention comprising: (A) a polymerizable unsaturated group-containing alkali-soluble resin, (B) a photopolymerizable monomer having at least two ethylenic unsaturated bonds, (C) an epoxy compound, (D) a photopolymerization initiator, (E) a surfactant, and (F) three or more solvents, wherein the (F) component containing: a first solvent having a vapor pressure of less than 100 Pa at 20 DEG C and a boiling point of less than 200 DEG C, a second solvent having a vapor pressure of 100 Pa or more and a boiling point of 120 DEG C or more, and a third solvent which is PGMEA; assuming that the surface tension of the photosensitive resin composition is [sigma], and the surface tension of the photosensitive resin composition obtained by removing the component (E) from the photosensitive resin composition is [sigma]0, it satisfied 0.85 ≤ [sigma]/[sigma]0 ≤ 1.
