PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of waste by preparing a micro-capsule containing an element related to coloring or discoloring, using the element related to coloring or discoloring as core material and a solution containing a volatile solvent of less than 10vol% in water solubility.

CONSTITUTION: A micro-capsule containing at least one kind of element related to coloring or discoloring is prepared using at least one kind of electron-donative colorless dyes as core material, and a solution containing a volatile solvent of less than 10vol% in water solubility, volatilized in the process of preparing photosensitive-thermosensitive recording material so as to be substantially unexistent in the completed recording material. An applying solution for this photosensitive-thermosensitive layer and an applying solution for each layer are dissolved in the solvent at need, and applied onto a desired support body and dried. The evapotranspiration of a harmful solvent can be thereby prevented.
