Abstract:

To prevent the occurrence of a chipping defect in a rib for forming a color region by depositing ink by an ink-jet method and to prevent color mixing during manufacturing a color filter.

A photosensitive transfer material has a thermoplastic resin layer and a photosensitive resin layer on a provisional support, wherein a melt viscosity K of the photosensitive resin layer at 100C and the melt viscosity Cu of the thermoplastic resin layer at 100C satisfy a relationship of K/Cu2.
