Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor in which an output signal of a light receiving element is prevented from including a disturbance output.SOLUTION: An optical sensor includes: a plurality of light receiving elements formed on one surface side of a semiconductor substrate, for converting light into an electric signal; a light shielding film formed via a light transmitting film on a surface having the light receiving elements formed in the semiconductor substrate; and openings formed in the light shielding film, for transmitting light, corresponding to the respective light receiving devices. The optical sensor comprises a light shielding portion for preventing light incident from the opening corresponding to the specific light receiving element from entering the light receiving element adjacent to the specific light receiving element. The light shielding portion is formed in the light transmitting film so as to straddle a facing region of the openings adjacent to each other.
