Title:
PHOTOSENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6343365
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To store and hold image-sensing picture data while obtaining high resolution by forming a photoconductive film and a pair of electrodes for applying voltage to the photoconductive film onto a vertically magnetized film.

CONSTITUTION: The surface of a substrate 2 consisting of non-magnctic garnet is positioned in an x-y plane. A magnetic garnet thin-film 4 as a vertically magnetized film is shaped onto the substrate 2. The magnetized film 4 shapes an axis of easy magnetization in the z axis direction, and an electrode layer 6 extending to the x direction is formed on the magnetized film 4. A photoconductive film 8 is shaped onto the magnetized film 4 so as to also coat the electrode layer 6. An electrode layer 10 extending to the y direction is formed onto the photoconductive film 8. A power supply 12 for applying proper voltage is connected to the electrode layers 6 and 10. Accordingly, a sensed image is memorized and held in the magnetized film 4 in a form of magnetic bubbles, and resolution can be improved.
