Abstract:
To provide, in the field of the photovoltaic technology, particularly a photovoltaic cell, a method for forming the same, and a photovoltaic module.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic cell includes: a substrate; a marked region located on a surface of the substrate and used to mark product information of the photovoltaic cell; a first texture structure located in the marked region on the surface of the substrate and including at least one first protrusion structure and at least one second protrusion structure, where a top surface of the first protrusion structure is a face recessed toward a bottom surface of the first protrusion structure, and the second protrusion structure has a pyramid structure; and a second texture structure located on the surface of the substrate outside the marked region and including at least one third protrusion structure, where the third protrusion structure has a pyramid structure. Embodiments of the present application are advantageous at least in improving the light-trapping effect of a photovoltaic cell and enhancing the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the photovoltaic cell.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
