A pedestal 60 has pedestal side L type pawls 65A, 65S as a common engagement part, a body 30 has engagement recessed parts 38A, 38, and flat pawls 39A, 39B as a stationary engagement part, and also has body side L type pawls 48A, 48B as a tapestry engaging part. When it is used as the stationary form, when the pedestal side L type pawls 65A, 65B are slid in the first direction, flat pawls 39A, 39B and pedestal side L type pawls 65A, 65B are engaged. When it is used as the tapestry form, when the pedestal side L type pawls 65A, 65B are slid in the first direction, body side L type pawls 48A, 48B and pedestal side L type pawls 65A, 65B are engaged.
