In a photovoltaic generation device 1, unit power generation parts D (a unit power generation part D1, a unit power generation part D2), which generate power by converting light into electricity, are connected in series through connection points CP 12 to form a group power generation part G, and the multiple group power generation parts G (a group power generation part G11, a group power generation part G12, a group power generation part G21, a group power generation part G22) are disposed and connected in parallel with each other. Each group power generation part G includes a specific connection point SP 12, which is specified from among the connection points CP 12 in advance, and the specific connection points SP 12 are connected with each other between the group power generation parts G.
