To provide a photovoltaic power generation device in which it is not necessary to connect frames to each other or panel bodies to each other by earth cables.
Panel bodies 10 holding photovoltaic power generation panels 1 and frames 2 supporting the panel bodies 10 are provided in a photovoltaic power generation device. A plurality of panel bodies 10 are arranged at least in the inclined direction of a roof surface 3; the panel body has a vertical frame 13 for holding the vertical side of the photovoltaic power generation panel 1; the frame 2 has a vertical rail member 20 for supporting and fixing the vertical frame 13 of the panel body 10; the vertical rail member 20 has a panel fixing part 44 for supporting and fixing the vertical frame 13 of the panel body 10; the panel fixing part 44 and the vertical frame 13 are fixed by conductive fasteners; the vertical rail member 20 is arranged across the panel bodies 10 adjacent to each other in the inclined direction of the roof surface 3; and the vertical rail member 20 is fastened to both of the vertical frames 13 of the adjacent panel bodies 10 by fasteners.
