Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of securing safety in the event of fault occurrence, such as the occurrence of an insulation failure point, in a solar cell module in a photovoltaic power generation system, by means of electric separation in a string in which the solar cell module is included, and of enabling the use of a switch having a smaller capacity than in the patent literature 1, as a switch to be used for the electric separation in the string.SOLUTION: The photovoltaic power generation system configured by coupling a plurality of solar cell modules 1 includes: a plurality of switches 6 which cancel the coupling between the solar cell modules 1 at a plurality of points; and a control device 10 which performs control to cause open-circuit of the switches. The control device performs control to simultaneously cause the open-circuit of the plurality of switches.
