The photovoltaic power generator 10 comprises: a foldable solar battery panel 12 composed of a plurality of solar battery modules 11a-11n; a frame structure 13 for supporting the unfolded solar battery panel 12; support members 15 and 16 connected to the frame structure 13; and fixing plates 17 and 18 attached to lower ends of the support members 15 and 16, etc. Ones adjacent to the solar battery modules 11a-11n are freely turnably connected by a hinge. By mounting tires T1 and T2 of an automobile on the fixing plates 17 and 18, the support members 15 and 16 are fixed. One fixing plate 17 is provided with a projection 91 for positioning the tire T1.
