The specific phthalocyanine compound has substituents to be bonded to aromatic rings of phthalocyanine, which are represented by Z₁-Z₁₆, and a center metal represented by M. Z₁-Z₁₆ and M are defined respectively as follows. Each of Z₁-Z₁₆ independently represents anilino group, halogen atom or phenoxy group substituted by 1-5 halogen atoms, 1 to 5 of Z₁-Z₁₆ are substituted phenoxy groups, 4 to 11 thereof are anilino groups, at least one of Z₁, Z₄, Z₅, Z₈, Z₉, Z₁₂, Z₁₃ and Z₁₆ and at least one of Z₂, Z₃, Z₆, Z₇, Z₁₀, Z₁₁, Z₁₄and Z₁₅ are anilino groups, and M is vanadyl (VO).
