A physical colon cleansing device, comprising an electric colon cleansing head, the electric colon cleansing head comprising a tubular handle (6), an excrement collecting sleeve (2), a stirring rod (1) and a driving motor (16). The excrement collecting sleeve (2) is tubular, the rear end thereof is in butt joint with the front end of the tubular handle (6), and the edge of the front end thereof abuts against the periphery of the anus of a patient; the driving motor (16) is mounted in the tubular handle (6); the front end of the stirring rod (1) is inserted into hard stools of the patient, and the rear end passes through the excrement collecting sleeve (2) to be connected to the driving motor; a water spraying hole (26) is formed in the front end of the stirring rod (1), a water inlet hole communicated with the water spraying hole (26) is formed in the rear end of the stirring rod (1); the water inlet hole is connected to a water supply device; an excrement discharge tube (7) is connected to the rear end of the tubular handle (6). Physical stirring and liquid spraying methods are used to stir and soften hard stools which cause constipation, and then loose stools are discharged by means of the excrement discharge tube, so that the hard stools can be quickly removed, the constipation problem of middle-aged and elderly people can be solved, the pain of a patient can be alleviated, bedclothes can be prevented from being polluted, and the workload of nursing personnel is reduced.
