PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a physical distribution function by arranging a plurality of unitary units composed of a variable core part provided with necessary facilities and a working and storage floor face without columns, in a building.
SOLUTION: A unitary unit 1 is constituted of a variable core part 2 and a floor race 3 for a working and storage floor without columns, continuously provided at one-side face, for instance. Necessary equipment for a physical distribution center such as a block 4 provided with an air conditioner room 7 or the like, a block 5 provided with an elevator passage 9 for cargoes, a block 6 provided with a hotwater supply room 11, etc., are provided in the core part 2. These equipment instruments can be freely exchanged. An emergency balcony 13 is disposed in a block 4 to form a fire fighting passage in a fire and to enable storage or cargoes at the wall, without any entrance/exit for fire fighting in the building. When it is required, floor faces 3 are formed at both faces of the variable core part 2. In this way, picking or classifying works can be easily carried out at the time of transportation or collection of cargoes, and further, the system can cope with transfer of tenants and can always retain the newest function.
