PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide physical distribution management system, device, and program for delivering products which have passed bacteria examination to retail stores quickly.SOLUTION: The physical distribution management system comprises production means 10, bacteria examination means 11 and bacteria examination result notification means 12 provided at a factory 1, bacteria examination management means 40 and a database 41 provided in a control center 4, and delivery management means 20 provided at a customer center 2. Because the bacteria examination result is notified to the customer center 2 which is the destination of products from the bacteria examination management means 40, the products that have passed the bacteria examination can be delivered to the retail stores 3 quickly.
