Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simply restore a physical distribution system even if the stored contents of a physical distribution management computer is destroyed by storing the information of substances stored in respective pallets in respective memory cards. CONSTITUTION:A memory card storing the information of a substance to be stored in a pallet 5 is stored in a card storing part 6 built in the pallet 5, and when the substance to be mounted and stored in the pallet 5 in each working cell or the like is moved, the memory card of the pallet 5 concerned is inserted/ set up into/in memory card readers/writers 11, 21, 31, 41, a substance to be mounted and stored in the pallet after mounting/demounting substance and information (specification, the number of substances and the number of working processes) are inputted and stored in the memory card. The information written in the memory card is transmitted to the computer 1 for executing physical distribution management and the contents stored in the pallet are stored also in a memory of the computer 1. Since the substance and its information are unitedly moved, the computer 1 can be simply restored even if its operation is stopped.
