Abstract:

PURPOSE: To represent an actual stochastic process by separately representing a physical distribution network model for the constitution and branch representation of processes and a process program for initial setting and conveyance decision making.

CONSTITUTION: The respective processes are described with queue representation 3 and time elapse representation 4, the direction of the physical distribution is described with branch representation 5 using conveyance destination numbers, and event generation representation 2 is described for special processing. Only those queue representation 3, time elapse representation 4, branch representation 5, and event generation representation 2 are described with a physical distribution network model 11. The serial numbers, generation periods, kinds, machining scheduled routes of materials, and the machining times of the respective processes are described as material information 13. Material classified machining route generation probability information 13 is described so as to determine machining scheduled routes. Further, an initial state setting function 17, a machining route determining function 18, a machining time estimating function 19, a next-process determining function 1A, a conveyance deciding function 1B, and an event information storing function 1C are described in general language as the processing program.
