A physical quantity data processing system includes the physical quantity measuring instrument for measuring a prescribed physical quantity at prescribed time intervals and a physical quantity data processing apparatus capable of receiving data from the measuring instrument. The data processing apparatus includes a reception section receiving time series data acquired by arranging the prescribed physical quantities measured by the measuring instrument, a management section for managing present date information and time information, a data processing section for imparting measurement time information generated based on the date information and time information managed by the present time management section to the series data received by the reception section, and a data storage section for storing the series data imparted with the time information.
