Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a physical quantity measuring apparatus, capable of measuring a plurality of physical amounts using a common sensor and a detector.
SOLUTION: The physical quantity measuring apparatus photographs a reference pattern 210 by the small-sized lens unit having a lens 230 and a pedestal 235, measures blurring of the reference pattern image and the change of a curve by the image-processing unit of an imaging element 240, and measures the temperature and the pressure of an environment in which a sensor 100 is placed, and the vibration and the acceleration by using experimental data of the arithmetic unit of the element 240 from the changes in the blur and the curve.
