Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a heating roll device to form a heat-bonded part for packaging containers, of which the heating roll, being fitted and supported by the driving shaft, can be easily removed or installed.
CONSTITUTION: A driving shaft 1 is divided into an intermediate shaft 4, leading end shaft 5 and a base end shaft 6, and the leading end shaft 5 and base end shaft 6 are supported by supporting frames 51, 52 in the direction of the central axis, with one end sides being fixed, and the other end sides being movable, and the intermediate shaft 4 is connected by screwing to one of them, and is movably fitted to the other in the direction of the central axis. A heating roll 21 is integrally supported by the leading end shaft 5 and base end shaft 6 at both ends, to be rotatable and separatable while placing a gap 27 to the intermediate shaft 4, and a heating body 41 is arranged in the gap 27.
