Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a radial directional component in an air current running along a yarn layer surface, increase force to dissociate the yarn end from a yarn layer, and enhance a pick finding success rate by arranging a turbulent flow generating part to disturb an air current running along the yarn layer surface in an air current control member.
SOLUTION: This pick finding device is composed of a suction pipe being an air current generating means and an air current control member 4 to control so that suction air A by this suction pipe runs along a yarn layer surface 3 of a bobbin 2, and a recessed part 5 being a turbulent flow generating part to disturb an air current is arranged in the air current control member 4. In a pick finding process, a cylinder body 8 surrounds the bobbin 2, and an air current running along the yarn layer surface 3 is formed. At this time, the air current proceeding upward in the shaft direction is disturbed by the recessed part 5 formed on an inner peripheral wall of an adapter 9, and a radial directional outward component is generated, and even the hardly pulling-out yarn end such as entangled yarn is easily dissociated from the yarn layer surface 3, and a pick finding success rate can be enhanced.
