A drive follower 15 is engaged with the slide members so as to be reciprocally movable in the X-axis direction and the Z-axis direction by a reciprocally rotating feed wheel 11. A circumferential part 12 is provided on the feed wheel 11. The drive follower 15 is engaged with a repulsive mechanism 24 provided between the X-axis slide member 3 and itself at the initial timing and the final timing of the reciprocal rotation in the longitudinal direction, and a positioning wheel provided on the X-axis slide member 3 is brought into contact with a circumferential portion of the feed wheel 11 to lock the X-axis slide member 3 in the X-axis direction.
