Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3218158
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To facilitate the transference of items at various width dimension to a mount, and to enable the pick-up of the desirable number of items by providing plural forks at the number corresponding to the width dimension of the item, which is to be transferred, freely to be projected into a picking shelf and drawn therefrom and freely to be projected at the desirable length in the depth direction of the picking shelf.
CONSTITUTION: In a transferring device 17 provided in a picking dolly 4a of a picker, four spiral shafts 29 are stretched between opposite lateral beams 28 of an elevating frame 27 with a constant space freely to be rotated, and a pair of guide shafts 30 are provided in parallel with each spiral shaft 29. A moving body 31 is screwed with each spiral shaft 29 so as to fix a comb-type fork 32 to each moving body 31. On the other hand, in a container 9, plural load supporting projections 41 are projected from the top surface of a base plate 40 in the short side direction with a constant space so as to form the comb-shape, and a transference part 36 of the forks 32 can be inserted into each recessed groove 42 between adjacent load supporting projections 41. The moving body 31 at the number corresponding to the pick-up request to the item is driven for control by the predetermined quantity of projection.
