Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high reliable pickup unit for an endoscope by improving work efficiency in connecting signal wires with outside leads put fixed to solid shooting element chips used for a shooting unit for endoscope.
SOLUTION: Connect the In/Output terminal of a CCD pair chip 1 with an inner lead 7 of a TAB tape 4. Put a polyimide substrate 10 forming lands 11, 12 to connect an outer lead 8 conducting the inner lead 7 with a signal wire 9 to send and receive signals to/from the CCD pair chip 1, and after having previously soldered the signal wire 9 and the land 11, connect the outer lead 8 with the land 12 through an anisotropic conductive adhesive film 13.
