Title:
PICTURE BLURRING DETECTING CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3416953
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent a picture shake generated at the time of turning a power source ON, and to operate a hand shake correction in a full range immediately after turning the power source ON in the case of an application of the subject circuit to a video camera by charging a capacitor at a high speed, and outputting a correction angle signal after the completion of the charge for the capacitor.
CONSTITUTION: A switch 21 is turned ON, and a capacitor C1 is charged at a high speed at the time of turning the power source ON by the control of a microcomputer 20, and a switch 35 between a high-pass filter (addition circuits 31 and 34, amplifier circuit 33, and delay band 32) and an integration circuit (addition circuit 36, amplifier circuit 38, and delay 37) in the microcomputer 20 is turned OFF. Then, the switch 21 is turned OFF after the completion of the charge for the capacitor C1, and the switch 35 is turned ON. Thus, the picture shake generated on the screen of a television monitor at the time of turning the power source ON can be prevented, and the hand shake correction in the full rage can be operated.
