Abstract:
PURPOSE:To use an inverting signal for various picture processings by arranging an inverter circuit to a transmission path between a read means and a line connection section and a transmission path between the read means and a recording means at least one of them freely switchingly thereby generating easily the inverting signal. CONSTITUTION:The inverter circuit 47 is arranged freely switchingly at least one transmission line of that between a read means 42 and a line connection section 50 and that between the read means 42 and a recording means 43. Then the inverter circuit 47 is connected as required to the path between the read means 42 and the line connection section 50 as required and the inverter circuit 47 is connected as required to the path between the read means 42 and the recording means 43. Thus, the picture processing is applied similarly conventionally and an inverted binarizing picture signal is formed easily and the inverted binary picture signal is used for various picture processings.
