A display processor 121 has a program memory 119 and a data memory dedicated thereto, and executes transfer, etc., of display data by interpreting the stored program and data. In a main memory 112, plural programs/data are pre-stored according to changes in display configuration, graphic area, etc. Depending on a program given to the display processor 121, it is possible to display data fetched from an arbitrary position of the main memory 112 by an arbitrary number in an arbitrary combination. Namely, the display data for plural windows are pre-stored in the main memory 112 at separate addresses in completed forms, and displayed by being superimposed in real time according to priority and position of each window.
