PURPOSE: To list up a picture excepting for a picture, which corresponds to an optical disk loaded to a drive unit, in an output picture list as well by outputting information to an information output unit so as to specify the optical disk to which picture data are recorded.

CONSTITUTION: The picture data are read out and transferred to the picture output unit. When an output waiting picture corresponding to the picture data recorded to a file excepting for the file currently set in a readable state of an optical disk 21 currently loaded to a drive unit 20 or an output waiting picture corresponding to the picture data recorded to the optical disk 21 not loaded to the drive unit 20 is listed up in the output picture list, the information to specify the optical disk 21, to which the picture data are recorded, are outputted to the information output unit. Thus, the picture excepting for the picture corresponding to the optical disk 21 loaded to the drive unit 20 can be listed up in the output picture list as well and the convenience of use and the efficiency of picture output can be improved.
