Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a picture data applied with optional multiplication conversion reading the picture in an (i)-th line, and by simultaneously driving the picture data interpolating between the picture elements neighboring in the direction of main scanning by sampling the said data in accordance with a required output multiplication. CONSTITUTION:An A/D converter 5 sequentially outputs the picture data. A main scanning direction interpolation processing part 6 obtains the picture data of an (i)-th picture element, that of an (i-1)-th picture element, and an interpolation data in accordance with the interpolation-multiplication, and generates the picture data in the direction of main scanning. A subscanning- direction interpolation processing part 11 obtains an interpolation data between the lines based on the interpolation multiplication in the subscanning direction, and generates the picture data in the direction of subscanning. The picture data sampled by write control parts 8 and 13 are stored in storing parts 9 and 14.
