CONSTITUTION: A preliminary scanning picture is displayed on a CRT display device 19 based on a picture data fetched by a photoelectric conversion section 156, finish information and a specific position being an object of the finish information are commanded to the preliminary scanning picture and a picture processing condition setting circuit 170 sets the picture processing condition based on the command. In this case, the picture data at the specific part is compared with a hue space data corresponding to the finish information stored in a hue space data storage section 163 to discriminate whether or not the data is proper in the specific part and the result of discrimination is displayed on the CRT display device 19.
