Abstract:
PURPOSE: To extract later only a pattern picked up excellently by picking up a still picture sequentially with a predetermined aperture every time a release button is depressed at the pickup of the still picture.
CONSTITUTION: The m-th aperture is read according to the stored sequence and the aperture 104 is adjusted to the value while no release button 126 is depressed after the state of n-sets of apertures is stored. When the release button 126 is depressed, whether or not the aperture adjustment is finished is confirmed and when not finished, release is inhibited. Furthermore, information of a picture memory 129 is not completely recorded from an output of a memory control circuit 130 and a recording circuit 131, the release is similarly inhibited. When the condition above is satisfied and the write of a picture signal to the memory 129 is allowed, the output of the picture memory 129 is recorded on a magnetic tape 134 via the recording circuit 131, a recording amplifier and a magnetic head 133 and then the counter (m) is incremented by one.
