Abstract:
PURPOSE: To secure a discrimination of the black signal even when the peak value detection is impossible for a picture signal by giving a level shift to either the threshold potential or the picture signal input to the comparator, and thus to obtain a picture signal processing circuit which features a constantly stabilized.
