Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make the filter small-sized by molding a sleeve with dielectric characteristics, a 1st conductive layer covering the internal and external surfaces of the sleeve, and a dielectric layer covering it to its overall length, and a 2nd conductive layer giving capacitive characteristics thereto in one body. CONSTITUTION: The hole 27 of a sleeve 26 is plated 28 and the 1st conductive layer is formed extending to an external surface electrode 30 through plating 32 at the end part. At the center part of the sleeve 26, a gap is formed with the opposite internal edge of an internal end part 31. The dielectric layer 36 which gives a capacitor function is formed along the length of the sleeve 26 and plated together with end part plating 34 to form the 2nd conductive layer 38. A capacitve area R is provided by the internal end part 31 of the layer 36 and a center zone external end part 39 extending in an external radial direction. Then connections with signal and ground structures are made by solder beads S and S'. Consequently, a signal passing through a contact pin 18 has unnecessary frequencies grounded through a ground shield 22 by the inductance of the ferrite-made sleeve 26 the electrostatic capacity of two areas R.
