To constitute a pierced earring type washing rod in such a manner that a thread-like part removes the dirt and smell in holes by passing a rod-like part and the thread-like part into the holes of hardly washable pierced earrings and that the pierced earrings are kept simple and clean.

The thread-like part 2 is attached to the rear part of the rod- like part 1. As a result of taking the size of the holes of the pierced earrings into consideration, the diameters of the sizes of the rod-like part 1 and the thread-like part 2 are both preferably about 0.07 to 0.10 mm. The rod-like part 1 and the thread-like part 2 are attached. The method of use consists in passing the rod-like part 1 and the thread-like part 2 through the holes of the pierced earrings.
