To provide a piercer-plug that is excellent in the adhesion and abrasion resistance of a sprayed coating.SOLUTION: A piercer-plug 10 comprises a body 11 in which a part including at least a part of a surface except a back end surface 11c is formed from an austenite alloy, and a sprayed coating 12 for coating at least a part of the surface, which is formed from the austenite alloy, of the body 11.
